I find Jay to be very helpful and responsive. He's generally very good at keeping me updated on progress fixing more complicated issues, and is great at explaining what's possible & working with developers to identify potential solutions. One piece of feedback would be that we have some issues that happen again and again (ex headshots on our home page were repeatedly the wrong size).
