Q. How do I "Whitelist" contacts from whom I want to receive emails?
Because ‘spam’ or unsolicited advertising e-mails are such an inconvenience, most e-mail providers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have started cracking down on ‘spam.’ With a blocking and filtering system, your e-mail provider and ISP separates legitimate e-mails from junk mail.
The downside to these blockers and filters is that they can’t always identify which e-mails you have genuinely subscribed to. With this being the case, e-mails you’ve requested for don’t get to you.
To prevent your legitimate e-mails from falling under the ‘spam’ category, follow the simple instructions below for your specific e-mail provider. If your provider isn’t listed below, please get in touch with the customer service department of your ISP and ask them for their instructions.
Please note that for these instructions, we have used the email address support@thedesignpeople.com. You may also use a different email address from The Design People, Inc. or Agent Image.
